Reservation Policies - Cancellations and Changes:
Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Marina Mismaloya Aqua Sports and Dive Center operates a strict cancellation policy:
30 days or more to excursion date - 90% refund
15 days prior to excursion date - 75% refund
14 days or less to excursion date - 50% refund
7 days or less to excursion date - No refund
No shows or late arrivals are charged in full
Subject to availability, you may change the date of your reservation for free by advising us at least 48 hours before the tour date. This can be done in person, via email, or by phoning (011) (52) 322-221-1652
Reservation Policies - Charges to your card:
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your tour or excursion can be confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable, we will offer you an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.
Reservation Policies - Prices and Exchange Rates:
Prices are quoted in US dollars but charges are made in Mexican Pesos. We use the bank rate of the day so that your bank statement reflects as closely as possible the published dollar price.
MarinaMismaloya.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
On the day of your tour or excursion, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID when you check in.
